Burman, founder and director of M.S.D. Institute botched his phalloplasty (penis enlargement) and liposuction of his buttocks. He claimed that has caused deformity to his penis which now points to the right, loss of sensation, and pain upon erection and ejaculation, necessitating a subsequent surgery by another plastic surgeon, and that the liposuction has also deformed his buttocks. He claimed severe emotional distress necessitating multiple treatments from numerous psychiatrists and psychologists as a result. "
